In recent years, the street has focused on implementing high-end transformation of traditional industries, accelerating upgrading, increasing investment in technical transformation, introducing advanced manufacturing equipment, expanding production plants, guiding enterprises to focus on both domestic and foreign markets, and guiding the labor protection industry to strive for famous brands and trademarks, so that the labor protection enterprises led by Xingyu and Dengsheng have achieved considerable development. Five years ago, Xingyu Company had only five production lines and a workshop type small factory with only 100 employees. Through the accumulation and development of the past few years, the company has become a large-scale enterprise with 40 automatic production lines and more than 1000 employees. It produces more than 500000 pairs of gloves every day and its annual output value exceeds 300 million yuan. At present, Xingyu Labor Insurance is one of the largest manufacturers of labor protection gloves in China, and its products have passed the EU quality certification. Dengsheng Labor Insurance Enterprise has invested 80 million yuan, built 10000 square meters of workshops, and launched 12 new automatic production lines, with an additional output value of 90 million yuan. In the process of guiding the high-end transformation of traditional industries, the street focuses on building industrial cluster advantages, planning and building labor protection industrial parks, guiding small and medium-sized enterprises to develop in the parks, and keeping them alive. They also strengthened the cultivation of industry associations, established labor insurance industry associations, regularly organized members to participate in expositions in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Yiwu and other places, held symposiums, and hired senior technicians to guide them, so as to promote technical cooperation and asset combination among member enterprises, and form a complete industrial chain from research and development, production to market. At the same time, we have actively built a financing platform, combined with the rural credit cooperatives, established a labor insurance market credit alliance with the basic advantages of the industry association, continuously expanded the loan support, and timely addressed the financing needs of merchants.
